    Sounds like you’ve hit Salvage Yard Nirvana Snyder! However, most LKQ’s and Pull-A-Parts have the older stuff on very rare occasions. Were we looking for later model (post 1980s) we’d be right in there with you at an LKQ or PAP. For the record, Temple Auto Parts does have a vending machine…

    Thanks for watching. We feel for you Stig. Even here in the States some areas just plain don’t have salvage yards any longer. And even our favorite yard here in SC is getting (literally) clogged with newer stuff. While we agree on eBay, it is also a boon to be able to hunt parts from your computer room chair or at the local coffee shop. We found a tailgate for our Fairlane wagon just that way.

    No it was just a hardtop Futura. At one time that yard had two convertible ’63 Sprints however!
